We do not hold stock, everything is printed to order for you.

Sometimes the printers are quicker than the lead times, we try to get everything out as quickly as possible.
Lead times depend on how busy the printers are and we update our lead times accordingly.

It does take time to print our products and you are ordering a bespoke product printed to your requirements. We do not have stock everything is printed to order.

All products are sent via tracked courier

We do not sell the fabric in 0.5m increments anymore online. If you need to buy the fabric in 0.5m increments please email us and we can email you an invoice.

Fabric is one metre per pattern, we can only order in 50cm increments after that.

Wallpaper is one roll
Trade customers 2 rolls is the minimum

It is a good idea to ask a professional how much fabric or wallpaper that you need. We can help to give you a rough idea but we cannot guarantee the number we arrive at.

Samples are available on the website to purchase. Please allow 3-4 days for samples to arrive, we do send them Royal Mail first class. All our samples cost £1.45 plus VAT. All postage is free anywhere in the UK and The Channel Islands.

Shipping for international samples is sent via Royal Mail priority international tracked, we charge a flat fee of £10.50 per order for the EU and USA and £15.50 per order for International countries.

Trade customers with a trade account

If you have a trade account with us and have purchased in the past we can send you free samples, we will have given you a free samples code.

Trade customers without a trade account

We cannot give out free samples to customers who do not have a trade account. All samples are available only from the website we do not sent out samples manually.

We have a very strict trade policy, we follow our conditions to the letter.

Fabric delivery please allow up to 10-14 days for fabric to be delivered, the delivery time depends on the how busy the printers are and if they run into delays, often it is delivered before 10-14 days. We only know when they are going to deliver when they send us the tracking for the order the day before delivery, we email you as soon as we get the tracking. The printers do not print in order so we can’t give you exact delivery dates.

Wallpaper delivery is 14-21 days and is based on the same circumstances as the fabric deliveries

Once you have ordered the fabric or wallpaper we cannot change or refund the order. Your order will be sent into production to the printers as soon as you order. It is then out of our control to change the order, except we can change a shipping address if it has not already been shipped. We do not hold stock and everything is printed to order to your specifications.

All products can be ordered online via the website. If you would like us to process a manual order please get in contact with us and we can email you an invoice. There is a link on the invoice to pay with a card or you can pay using BACS, all our bank details can be found on the invoice.

We can sell our products all over the world, if you are looking at the website you should be able to see the prices of the products in your own currency.

We accept all major credit cards

We have set shipping fees depending how much of the product you want to buy.

If you are from the EU of ROW we do not add any taxes to the product prices but you will have to pay tax when it enters your country.

All the fabric is sent via the printers which is the fastest way to send to you. All orders are sent via courier.

Fabric 3m and under is sent folded and costs £10.50 plus VAT
Fabric 3.5m and over is sent on a roll direct from the printers and costs £21.50 plus VAT

All the wallpaper orders are sent directly from Charlotte Gaisford, all orders are sent via a courier

If you are a USA trade customer you can order samples directly from our website. We are very sorry but we cannot send samples for free to the USA, we do have a flat shipping charge so you can order as many as you like and the shipping charge will be the same.

If you have a US trade account with and have ordered in the past with us then we can send you free samples for future projects.

If you are interested in a trade account you need to email us with your website address and any other information to show us you are an interiors professional.

If you are shipping your order to a third party it is your responsibility to check that the third party has received the correct product, size, colour and quantity. We cannot replace products if they have been opened, used, cut or made up.

If you are sending to a third party and you have not checked the delivery address, we are not responsible for re-shipping the order.

We advise you to ask for a recent sample of the printed fabric because the colour of the base cloth can change slightly depending on the batches from the printing house, this can sometimes affect the end colours. If you ordered a sample a few months previously it is a good idea to order another sample nearer to the time of ordering. The printers will endeavour to ensure there is a minimal colour variation between batches of printing, however there are circumstances that may cause differences when re-ordering. There may be some colour variation between batches of printing due to the natural characteristics of the materials used.

Any irregularities and variations in the weave of the fabrics are in no way to be considered as defects. They are a characteristic of the natural fibre.

The shade of the fabric may vary from roll to roll and is a circumstance beyond our control, so please ensure you order enough fabric to meet your needs.

Please take into account shrinkage when ordering your fabric quantities, the fabric will shrink 1 cm per metre this will be 10cm per 10m ordered. You will need to take this into consideration when ordering the quantity you will need. We cannot do anything about the above, the printer will start with a metre but fabric shrinks when wet ink is applied. Your order is printed to order and is not taken off a roll, you will have the same problem from any digitally printed fabric. The printers we use are the best in the UK and there are lots of other designers who use them, we cannot help this problem except be as transparent as possible. You need to check your quantities and order enough fabric for your project.

All the fabric is printed to order so we cannot offer a refund after you have paid for the fabric unless it is faulty. Please check your fabric for faults before you cut,

PLEASE NOTE: if the fabric has been cut or made up, we cannot offer any refunds.

Because you have ordered a bespoke product, once the fabric has been ordered and paid for, we cannot change/cancel your order or give you a refund. Your order is sent into production as soon as you order. It is possible to change a shipping address if it has not already been shipped.

If you are sending fabric direct to a curtain maker, please make sure they have checked they have the correct pattern/colour and quantity and there are no faults. If you arrange to have fabric sent to a third party without checking it yourself first, it is at your own risk.

In some cases we need to see a photo of the fault and we need to physically inspect the fabric ourselves via the printers to double check the problem. We very rarely have a physical problem with the fabric and if we find one, we like to get to the bottom of the problem so we will investigate. If any problems arise it is usually because the wrong pattern, colour or quantity has been ordered.

If you have any problems with the fabric you need to inform us of the problem within 28 days from delivery

In the unlikely event that you find a fault with the fabric, we will arrange collection of that fabric and once it has arrived back with us we will order the replacement fabric for you and send asap. If you ordered a small amount and have a problem, we may ask you to post the fabric back folded to us, if this is the case we will pay for any postage costs.

All the wallpaper is printed to order so we cannot offer a refund after you have paid for the wallpaper unless it is faulty.

Because you have ordered a bespoke product, once the wallpaper has been ordered and paid for, we cannot change/cancel or refund your order. As soon as you order your order is sent into production, the wallpaper is not a fast product to produce so it does take time to have it printed. It is possible to change a shipping address if it has not already been shipped.

If you have opened a roll and discovered there is a fault, please send the wallpaper back to us to inspect. We never have faults with the wallpaper so it is a very rare problem if you have one. Once we have seen the problem and informed the printers we can organise to have more wallpaper sent to you.

We ask that you calculate the amount of wallpaper you need for your project. We cannot accept returns of over ordered rolls because we have printed the wallpaper to your requested amount. It would be advisable to ask a professional decorator how much wallpaper you will need and measure the room correctly. More often than not people under order and then need an extra roll and they have to wait for that roll to be printed and sent. We do not hold any stock of wallpaper, it is all printed to order

We are not trained interior designers, but we do like to try and help where we can. If you would like some guidance, please send us a photo of your project. We can’t give you a full room scheme and we don’t know every paint colour which matches the fabrics and wallpaper. If you ask us a few questions we can point you in the right direction. In some cases, we have been sent photo after photo of rooms with customers wanting to give them full room fabric scheme ideas, I am afraid we can’t really offer this service because it is time consuming and hard to know what is needed when we haven’t met the customer and not been able to gauge their style. We do not charge for advice, and we will help you as much as we can within reason. Charlotte will be the one you are dealing with and if you can give her as much information as possible of your project or if you already have some samples then that is a great starting point. If you are needing more than we can advise on, then we would suggest you ask a trained professional interior designer to help you. Charlotte can also do zoom and FaceTime which is a great way of seeing what you have, and it gives Charlotte a chance to get to know you.

Our fabric is only suitable for light upholstery, for example an occasional bedroom chair and headboard. We cannot guarantee it for heavy use upholstery because the fabric is dry clean only and cannot be wiped with a damp cloth. It is not a good idea to use the fabric for upholstery if it will be near pets, small children and food.

Another reason we cannot recommend our fabric for heavy use upholstery is because we cannot provide a Martindale rub test. This is because the fabric is digitally printed and we would have to provide a separate test for each pattern, it depends how much ink is on the surface, so it makes it impossible for use to provide this information.

The fabric is not fireproof by default. Usually, designers organise to have the fabric treated by a specialist company. If you are a designer and you arrange to have a treatment, we can send it direct to the FR company. If you are wanting to use the fabric for light upholstery and using a company like The Headboard Workshop, they advise using an FR liner under the fabric. It can be the case that the fabric will change colour after it has had an FR treatment so using a liner is a simple solution for this not to happen.

Every product has its own page on the website which gives you all the information you need about the fabric or wallpaper including the pattern repeat.

All the fabric is dry clean only and cannot be put in a domestic washing machine or tumble dryer. Please do not wipe the fabric with a damp cloth or scrub the surface.

Yes you can buy all our products online via the website.

No, we only print what we sell so we never have any spare fabrics for sale.

The wallpaper is all ‘paste the wall’ wallpaper and you can use any type of paste to attach it to the wall.

You need to calculate for each wall, and you will find out how many rolls you will need.

This is very important to us and all our products are 100% natural. We are careful with all our sampling, and we make sure that nothing is wasted and sent to landfill. We recycle all our packaging, boxes and recycle our plastic tubing. As soon as we find an alternative/waterproof method to send rolls of fabric we will use this method.

We can offer this service and it is free of charge, please mention you would like it when you order. This method is great if you have headboards, valances or wide blinds. This service is FOC just send us a message if you would like to have this service.

We do not have a showroom and all the information can be found on the website or our brochure. We are not open to the public.

We are sorry that we cannot have any visitors but we are based on a working farm in Northumberland which has lots of heavy machinery coming and going. It is for Heath and safety reasons why we cannot be open to the public.
